- low-fat or fat-free yogurt
- fruits of your choice
- granola
- light or sugar-free whipped cream
- 1Begin with chilled parfait glasses. If you have none, a daiquiri glass or even a martini glass can be substituted. Put a small layer of yogurt at the bottom. You want each layer big enough so that the layers don't just mix together into a sloppy mess.
- 2Add a layer of fruit (any kind of berry will be popular, or you can experiment with your own favorites) and top with a small layer of granola for some crunch.
- 3Keep alternating layers until the glass is nearly filled to the rim. It looks most festive to top with a layer of granola and a dollop of whipped cream. Some people like to top it with something colorful like cinnamon or those little sugar sprinkles. You are free to use your imagination!
